NHS Pensions has recently sent a letter to all members who are awaiting responses to service queries that have taken longer than our usual turnaround times.
We are currently prioritising cases where the members are about to retire but all other queries are in hand and we will be responding to them as soon as we possibly can.
We would like to thank you for your patience with this matter.
