Following a change to legislation on 3rd April 2009 it is now prohibited to supply certain mercury containing measuring devices (such as fertility thermometers) to the public. Therefore with effect from 1st June 2009 Fertility (Ovulation) Thermometers have been removed from the Drug Tariff.
