NHS Prescription Services’ West Bromwich prescription processing office will close in July this year. We have already started writing to the following affected customers who currently send their reimbursement and remuneration accounts to West Bromwich. These customers should send their accounts to our Newcastle upon Tyne office from the dates below. Customers should receive their new address labels during the relevant dispensing month. If you do not receive your labels before the end of the relevant dispensing month, please send your account to:

*Guernsey and Jersey accounts send all their accounts together as one parcel (i.e a parcel for each of them). We then process each account as normal.
†We only process claims for English contractors.
All other reimbursement and remuneration customers should already be sending their accounts to either our Middlebrook (Bolton), Newcastle upon Tyne or Wakefield office.
