NHS Prescription Services is a service provided by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA).
The NHSBSA has been asked provide resources to support the Department of Health’s national pandemic flu service.
NHS Prescription Services’ would like reassure customers who contact its prescription processing helpdesk, that it is operating as normal and they should not experience any additional delay. NHS Prescription Services will post updates on its website if there is any change.
NHS Prescription Services would also like to reassure all of its customers that the support of the national pandemic flu service will have no impact on the processing of prescriptions.
