The following items appear in the Preface of the November 2012 edition of the Drug Tariff with incorrect prices:
Aquacel Foam Non-Adhesive 5cm x 5cm, 10cm x 10cm, 15cm x 15cm, 20cm x 20cm and 15cm x 20cm.
The prices shown in the main body of the Drug Tariff are correct.
