How to appeal a penalty charge

If we've written to you because we couldn't confirm your entitlement to free NHS dental treatment and you want to appeal the resulting penalty charge, please click here for more information on our appeals process.

If you choose to contact us by email, to enable us to respond efficiently to your query, please include your reference number (if you have one), your full name, date of birth, first line of your address (including House name or number) and postcode.  If you are a dentist please also include your General Dental Council number.
