Some functions on Compass will be unavailable between 6pm Tuesday 19 March and midday Tuesday 2 April.

This is because we need to suspend some Compass functions to support the financial year end processes. All unauthorised changes for contracts and adjustments will be rejected.

The following functions will be removed:
• Adjustment entry ​​​​​update
• Adjustment approvals 
• Contract setup
• Contract amend 
• Closed contract amend 
• Performer Update 
• Pension task manager 
• Allocation of FDs to Contracts

Adding, removing, or amending clinicians - England only

To add or remove a clinician from your contract, or to amend their estimated earnings, you must:

  1. Make the change using the ‘Contract Amend’ function on Compass.
  2. Complete a Compass authorisation form (CAF) and email it to your commissioner.

You must submit a CAF within 7 days of making the changes on Compass.Compass Authorisation Form - Updated to include DCP's (Excel: 39KB)​​​​
