In 2008 we worked with the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) to produce a short information film about how we process prescriptions. Staff will show you around the system and explain how it works and what they do.
As the film was made in 2008, it won't reflect any changes that have happened in the last two years, for example in sorting arrangements, but it will still give you a flavour of how we work.
It only lasts about 16 minutes and includes how we prepare and scan bundles, how we process them and customer service.
