Charge Status Education Package

 

This is a short quiz where you can test your knowledge on how NHS Prescription Services will apply the NHS regulations in regard to the 'exempt from patient charge' or 'patient charge paid' groups when you send your monthly submission to us for reimbursement and remuneration.

There are 15 examples. Click on the front and back so that can you see a larger version and then choose if NHS Prescription Services must class the items on that form as either

a. Exempt from patient charge, or

b. Patient charge paid.

Please note:  Question 15 is for dispensing doctors only
