Documents are avaliable to download free of charge from the NHS Counter Fraud and Security Management Service. For the NHS Security Management Service documents, select from the list below, or if you prefer, download free NHS Counter Fraud Service documents instead.
To request a hard copy, select the item required to generate an email with the correct stock code. You will need to provide your name and delivery address (within England or Wales) and the number of documents required. Please note that some items are subject to a maximum order quantity.
