This message is to advise Students as Data Subjects that the NHS Pensions Agency ceases to exist from close of play on the on the 31st March 2006 and is now a division of a new organisation, the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA). However, the data will still continue to be held on the existing systems in the same location.
The NHSBSA became the new Data Controller from 1st April and any subject access requests under the Data Protection Act, questions about Data Protection, or requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act should be directed to the Corporate Secretary of the NHS Business Services Authority, Bridge House, 152 Pilgrim Street, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE1 6SN
