Vital signs

NHS Dental Services provide vital signs reports to Health Bodies and dental providers, these reports incude measures which help with monitoring contracts across four key areas; access, activity, quality and finance.

These reports are published on a quarterly basis with the exception of the end of year report which is published each year in July.

Additionally we provide other contract level reports for LHBs to assist with their local contract monitoring processes.

Health body versions

The NHS Dental Services vital signs report provides measures which can help health bodies monitor their contracts across four key areas; access, activity, quality and finance.

We also provide other contract level reports for LHBs to assist with their local contract monitoring processes.

The reports for health bodies are accessed via E Reporting and are produced on a quarterly basis. If you are a health body representative who requires access to the regular reports please email nhsbsa.dentalservices@nhs.net who can advise you on how to receive access.
