If you experience any problems with E Reporting please contact our support team via Email:

Basic E Reporting Training is available to new or existing users of the system who have not previously received training.

E Reporting Basic training is aimed at people who have not used E Reporting before or who have only had limited use of the system since their initial training. These training sessions focus on templates and dashboards to provide users with hands on, business focused support designed to give them the confidence to use the system effectively.
If you are interested in Basic training then please contact your local Customer Liaison Manager for an update on training in your area.

Please Note:
It is a prerequisite of any E Reporting training that you have an E Reporting licence

E Reporting basic training

All invites and emails about the training and licences will be sent by email to all those who have registered an interest in E Reporting or who are already on our database and receiving E Reporting updates.  If you are not already receiving these updates and would like to be added to the list please contact your Customer Liaison Manager

Each primary care organisation is entitled to five licences.   There are currently over 500 E Reporting licences in circulation within primary care organisations.

Each licence holder will have the opportunity to receive a single full day’s introductory training provided free of charge to familiarise him/herself with the system and these are supported by our Dental Data team and Customer Liaison Managers.

Licence agreements for eReporting have been implemented to provide appropriate safeguards, controls and alerts in respect of the use of contract level data.  They also help us to maintain a comprehensive list of authorised users within our systems to assist with updates, training events and to ensure correct use of the system to comply with Information Security regulations and software licence conditions.

New Licences

If you are unsure how many licences your PCO currently has, please contact who will be able to advise you.

It is up to each group of contacts at each PCO to decide who should receive the additional licences.

Please see the Licence Criteria for more detailed information about who should receive the licences and how to nominate your PCO additional eReporting licence holders.

Please note: All licence requests will be dealt with on a first come first served basis and we can only accept requests by email.

How to transfer an eReporting licence

If you wish to transfer your eReporting licence to another person in your organisation or one of your current eReporting licence holders has left please contact as they can assist you with the handover of an E Reporting licence.
