The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) offers business support services to NHS organisations. We promote these through exhibitions and other marketing initiatives at which we collect business contact information (name, job title, email, telephone numbers, postal address).
Why we hold your information
We ask your permission to contact you about our new services and developments. We may also contact you about events we are hosting or attending.
If you decide to take part, or not, this won’t affect any service or entitlements you receive from us.
We will make sure our contact with you is relevant based on enquiries that you have made and the information you have given us.
Sharing your personal information
We'll not pass your personal details to anyone outside the NHS Business Services Authority unless they have a legal right to it.
Your information will not be transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area.
Keeping your personal information
We will keep your personal data on our systems for 24 months after your original enquiry. You will have the option to ask us to remove your details each time we contact you. After 24 months, if we have had no contact, we will remove your details from our systems.
The information we hold will be managed as required by Data Protection law.
You have the right to:
- receive a copy of the information the NHSBSA hold about you
- request your information be changed if you believe it was not correct at the time you provided it
- request that your information be deleted
