Why we hold your information
Our purpose is to collaborate with partners across the NHS to identify, develop and deliver change opportunities. We ask your permission to contact you about any change opportunities or ideas that are relevant to you. We may also contact you about events we are hosting or attending.
Deciding to take part, or not, won’t affect any service or entitlements you receive from us.
We will make sure our contact with you is relevant based on enquiries that you have made and the information you have given us.
Sharing your personal information
We'll not pass your personal details to anyone outside the NHSBSA, unless they have a legal right to it.
Your information will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Keeping your personal information
You can ask us to remove your details from our systems at any time.
After 24 months, if we have had no contact, we will remove your details from our systems.
The information we hold will be managed as required by Data Protection law.
You have the right to:
- receive a copy of the information the NHSBSA hold about you
- request your information be changed if you believe it was not correct at the time you provided it
- request that your information be deleted
