We use a Talent Pool within our Applicant Tracking System to retain the details of candidates interested in applying to our roles. We do this so that we are able to make contact regarding relevant jobs, news, events and other information.
Why we process your information
Your information is processed to create your profile within our Talent Pool.
We do this so that your profile can be located, and you can be contacted via email or SMS about relevant jobs, news, events and other information.
Sharing your personal information
We will use the following information for recruitment purposes (such as contacting you about a role) only:
- Name *
- Email address *
- Home telephone
- Current employer
- Current job title
- Current grade
- Desired minimum grade
- Desired maximum grade
*Mandatory information required for talent pool membership.
We will not share your information with any third parties.
Keeping your personal information
Your information will only be retained for the time you are a member of our Talent Pool and will be deleted upon your removal from the system.
You can request amendments or the removal of your data from the Talent Pool at any time by contacting email@example.com.
The information you provide will be managed as required by Data Protection law.
You have the right to:
- receive a copy of the information we hold about you
- request your information be changed if you believe it was not correct at the time you provided it
- request that your information be deleted if you believe we are keeping it for longer than necessary
