All you need to do is Submit a digital or completed paper claim and accept the terms of service. You’ll still need to tell NHS Choices if and when you are providing the service. Make sure you use the correct version of the form (V2 2018/19) to avoid any delays in payment. Claims will be accepted by us within 6 months of administration of the vaccination, in accordance with the usual Drug Tariff claims process. Later claims will not be processed.
