The NHSBSA has also launched a new enquiry system ‘Ask Us’. It enables you to get answers to questions you may have about the Pension Scheme by going to the NHS Pensions website homepage and clicking on the ‘Ask Us’ button. The system can be used to get an answer to queries 24 hours a day, seven days a week without the need to call the helpline.
