Changes to FP10 guidance
FP10 prescription forms have been changed by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and our organisation.
The exemption boxes on the back of the prescription forms have been updated, which will make it easier for patients to claim the exemptions to which they are entitled.

Ordering personalised prescription pads
Xerox (UK) Ltd print personalised prescription pads up to 42 days before the prescriber joins their parent organisation.
The process of placing an order to receiving delivery normally takes 6 working days, provided that the prescriber details are held on our databases and Xerox (UK) Ltd databases.
