We support and fund eligible organisations involved in adult social care on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care.

We administer key adult social care programmes, including:

  • the Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS)
  • Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (OMMT)
  • Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
  • User-Led Organisation (ULO) Funding
