- update you on the latest product news, statistics and progress of the NHS Jobs service - this includes updates from our Product team on upcoming releases, planned downtime updates and bug fixes
- signpost you to training and support
- give a presentation on a recruitment related topic
- listen to your feedback and answer any queries
