We offer a free webinar training service for eOPS users. You can book onto these sessions as many times as you need.
Our webinar sessions are 45 minutes long and will take you through how to access, navigate and filter the eOPS v3 dashboard to the specifics you require, such as a particular commissioning organisation or a specified time period.

Book your eOPS training webinarWhen booking onto a session, please make sure that you select the date and the time before booking to ensure that you receive a confirmation email.
Once you've booked, you'll be emailed an invite from the team which will contain a link. You access the session by selecting the link in the email.
Our experienced trainers deliver these sessions using Microsoft Teams. The sessions are delivered to a set agenda but you can let us know if you've any specific topics or reports you’d like to cover. You can take part wherever you are as long as you can get online.
We can share our screen and provide a step-by-step, relaxed training session. We encourage you to ask questions and let us know what you need from eOPS.
