You must pay postage on handwritten envelopes. Royal Mail does not accept:

If our helpline is unable to resolve your complaint, they’ll refer it to our Complaints and Disputes team who will investigate your issue further.

Overpayments

Sometimes you may receive a payment that is higher than the amount you're entitled to. If this happens, we'll ask you to repay the overpaid amount.
