This funding is for user-led organisations (ULOs) who wish to apply for funding towards training for individual employers (IEs) (with respect to adult social care) and their personal assistants (PAs).
ULO funding can only be claimed by an eligible ULO, towards the cost of eligible training and development provided to IEs and PAs.
We administer the ULO fund on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care.
How and when to apply
If you are a ULO and would like to apply, you should:
- review the ULO eligibility guidance
- complete the application form (this will be provided in due course) and email this alongside all the required evidence to [email protected].
For financial year 2026 to 2027, an application window for funding is now open. Successful applicants should prepare to deliver funded training over summer 2026.
Successful and unsuccessful applicants can expect to be notified of the outcome of their application no later than 4 weeks following the closure of the application window.
