Our Provider Assurance teams support primary care contractors to meet their contractual obligations. We do this on behalf of NHS England and the Welsh Government.
We currently support dental providers, GPs, General Ophthalmic Services contractors, and pharmaceutical contractors. Each service has its own dedicated section within this Provider Assurance area.
We deliver a local, regional, and national service that supports and facilitates the effective and consistent delivery and management of Health and Social Care Services.

Our Operations Assurance service works collaboratively across our organisation to continuously improve how NHSBSA operates day to day. We aim to provide assurance that NHSBSA's operational activities are running as intended.
