Support for scheme members

Government announcement (30 April 2019) - enhancements to payments

The government has announced some enhancements to the payments made through the England Infected Blood Support Scheme, administered by us.

Beneficiaries will receive either an enhancements to payments letter setting out the details of these changes, and any impact these changes will have on them.

Alternatively, beneficiaries can get the same information through their preferred contact method, either by phone or email.

Once you are a member of the scheme there is a range of support you may be able to access.
