When you post something to us you should:
- include your student coversheet (you can get this from BOSS)
- write your SBA reference number above the first line of our address on the envelope
You are strongly advised to include a pre-paid envelope for your original documents to be returned to you securely. If you do not include one, they will be sent back by standard second class post.
Bursary Fraud
We and the Department of Health and Social Care take bursary fraud very seriously. Although the vast majority of applications we receive are genuine, occasionally fraudulent claims are made.
We are determined to catch these people and take every step possible to protect public funds. Report bursary fraud

If you have a reason to complain about any aspect of our service, contact us using the details above and we’ll try to resolve your complaint. Or you can email us directly at nhsbsa.bursarycomplaints@nhs.net.

Appeals
If you think we've made a mistake or you disagree with the decision about your bursary application, you can ask for your application to be independently reviewed.
