Please note we are currently experiencing technical issues which mean we are unable to respond to email queries regarding Help with Health Costs (Prescription Prepayment certificates, Low Income Scheme and Tax Credit exemption), European Health Insurance cards (EHIC), Student Bursaries, Social Work Bursaries, Dental Services, Benefit Eligibility Checking Service (BECS) and Total Reward Statements (TRS).  We are working to rectify the problem as soon as possible.  You can still find the answers to your queries using 'Ask Us' or by calling the helpline.
