If you're deaf or hard of hearing and you have a textphone (sometimes called a minicom), you can contact us using the Text Relay service. Dial 18001 then the relevant phone number.
Our customer contact centre will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. It will be open between 8am and 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
