- HC1 (Low Income Scheme) applications which we received on 16 June 2026
- HC5 travel refund claim forms which we received on 16 June 2026
It can take up to 18 working days to assess an HC1 application and up to 5 working days to assess an HC5 application.

- evidence which we received on 18 June 2026 for UK GHIC applications
- evidence which we received on 19 June 2026 for UK EHIC applications
