Our Primary Care Services
These are the national services we provide on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), NHS England (NHSE) and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).
Our service list is not exhaustive and will grow over time as we continue to work closely with ICBs to innovate and develop bespoke solutions.

Contractual expertise
For over a decade, we’ve offered standardised performance and contract management services for NHS Dentistry, Pharmaceutical Services, GP Services and Ophthalmic Services. Our teams have considerable expertise in this area and are an invaluable asset when reporting on whether contractual compliance has been achieved.
This knowledge allows us to carry out evidence based, impartial and focused reviews, with a goal of achieving continuous improvement and behaviour change. Our teams have also worked closely alongside NHSE, the Directorate of Health Security and Emergencies (DHSE) and Counter Fraud specialists for a number of years and are skilled at reducing loss and fraud through proactive identification of suspected loss in the system.
Clinical expertise
Our clinical expertise is fundamental to the effectiveness and credibility of our services.
Our team of clinical advisors are contract experts with experience of being practising pharmacists, dentists, doctors, and opticians. They help us connect with the professions and understand their requirements and are central to our business planning.
The clinical teams oversee decisions about the quality and integrity of claims, and they’re involved in the development of guidance and any supporting materials.
Our clinical advisors work with local commissioning teams and service providers to support improved clinical outcomes that are consistent, robust and meet the required standards. This, coupled with our knowledge and relationship with NHSE, means our services are the best they can be.
