If you currently get Healthy Start payments, you can update your details from the Update your details page on the Healthy Start website.

Manage your card or balance

Call 0118 338 5810 to:

  • replace a lost, damaged or stolen Healthy Start card
  • activate your Healthy Start card
  • get your PIN
  • hear your balance
