Update your details

If you currently get Healthy Start payments and you need to update your details, you can contact us by:

If you choose to contact us by email, include your:

  • reference number or client ID, if you have one
  • full name
  • date of birth
  • address, including your postcode

You can email or call us to let us know if you:

  • currently get Healthy Start payments and you're more than 10 weeks pregnant 
  • get Healthy Start pregnancy payments and you've recently given birth
  • have changed your name or address
  • were pregnant and have lost your baby
  • no longer have parental responsibility for a child under 4

Manage your card or balance

Call 0300 330 2090 to:

  • replace a lost, damaged or stolen Healthy Start card
  • activate your Healthy Start card
  • get your PIN
  • hear your balance
