If you are a GOS contractor, as part of our contract management activity, we will organise a visit to your practice prior to the GOS contract award stage.
What to do if your practice is ready for a visit
If your practice is ready for a visit, your allocated case worker will send you a Site visit form (173.6 KB)
Do not complete this until you have received it from an NHSBSA caseworker.
