Activity and payments

We provide activity processing and payment services for NHS dentists in England and Wales.

This includes:

• processing over 43 million NHS dental claims for patient treatments every year
• making annual payments of more than £2 billion to dental providers each year
• acting as the employing authority for more than 20,000 dentists in the NHS Pension Scheme on behalf of NHS England
