Dental telephone triage reporting

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, dental practices in England are triaging patients and where necessary, referring them to a local Urgent Dental Care hub.

All data collected during the triage calls must be captured, stored and available for reporting together with data collected by dental practice workforces and Urgent Dental Care hubs.

Working with NHS England and NHS Improvement, we've created a new reporting function in Compass, the dental contract management system. The new reporting function collates all the triage call data collected.

We're also providing advice and support to dental practices to help them use the new function.
