You can now access the 2025/26 New Fair Deal (NFD) End of Year Certificate on our NHS Pensions Finance webpage.
As part of your NFD status, you are legally required to complete end of year certificates for each employer code, declaring Scheme members, contributions and contact details.
NFD employers must download, complete and return the certificate to [email protected] by 31 May 2026. Please make sure that all member records are fully updated by this date, as this is a legal requirement.
If your organisation paid into the Scheme between 2019/20 and 2024/25 and these statements have not yet been completed, they’re also available on our NHS Pensions Finance webpage.
