This is an announcement on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).
The Department of Health and Social Care has implemented a replacement Portal platform to better serve eligible providers in accessing COVID-19 related PPE stock, free of charge.
All portal customers have received an invitation to join the new Portal platform, therefore the old Portal platform will be closed on Tuesday 26 April. From this date, all users attempting to log-in to the closed Portal platform (https://nhs-ppe.co.uk) will be automatically re-directed to the new Portal platform (https://www.ppe-portal.nhs.uk), where you can continue ordering free PPE.
Your unique registration link for the new Portal platform has been sent from email@example.com with the subject line ‘Welcome to the PPE Portal’. This email lists the steps you need to take to register and log-in to your account on the new Portal platform.
If haven’t received your invitation email to the new Portal platform, we ask that you check your spam/junk folders to ensure you have not missed the email. If you have not received the email in these inboxes, please get in touch with customer services directly on 0800 876 6802. The team is available Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
If you have received the email and are yet to register your account, please do so as soon as possible, before the old Portal platform is shut down on Tuesday 26 April. Once you’ve logged in you can use the new Portal platform to order your PPE and make the most of new features such as quick ordering, checking order limits and the ability to track your order.
