We have an exciting opportunity for users of the NHS Pension Scheme to help support improvements in the delivery of our service by joining our expanding research panel. We’re in the process of building up a large group of people who regularly use and interact with the NHS Pension Scheme who will be presented with regular opportunities to give feedback and have a say on how we can improve the delivery of the NHS Pension Service.
As an NHS Pension Service employer, we’re encouraging you to sign up to the research panel yourself, and also to share this message with all of your NHS Pension Scheme members. The aim of the research is to continue putting members’ interests at the heart of what we do by collecting feedback through research projects, helping us shape and improve the services we provide. This is an exciting opportunity for users of the Service to see tangible improvements in the delivery of the NHS Pension Service.
We can only accept one registration per person, so if you have already signed up to the research panel then there’s no need for you to do so again as we have already gratefully received your successful registration.
