The Best Practice Show 2017 took place at the NEC in Birmingham on 17-18 October, and the NHSBSA was asked to give a presentation to attending dispensing doctors about the payment process. Phil Edwards (Business Development pharmacist) and Kerry Frenz (Senior Specialist pharmacist) spoke about sorting, submitting and processing accounts, along with advice on making claims and common problems.
The presentation was well-received by those who were able to make the show and the NHSBSA team has received some very positive feedback.
