In August, TRS statements were refreshed in ESR to show alternative benefits for members who are McCloud eligible.
The data cut off for the mid-year refresh will be early October 2025, and the data cut off for the annual refresh will be early June 2026. This is to allow sufficient time to run all the calculations needed to have statements complete by the end of August 2026. Actual dates will be confirmed and shared via this newsletter.
Regardless of these cut-off dates, the deadline for submitting data for Officer employment remains at 31 May every year. The deadline for submitting data for Practitioner employments also remains at 31 January every year.
Employers should ensure that data cleansing is carried out throughout the year to ensure member’s records are maintained. This will allow NHS Pensions to process your member’s information more effectively.
