In late July 2026, we'll be moving the Pensions Online (POL) system to the cloud.
Due to the move, POL will be unavailable for approximately one week. We're still finalising the details and will confirm the exact dates and expected downtime closer to the time.
This month, the project team are completing testing with employers for the new HSCN connection to the POL system. From June, we'll then roll out connection instructions to all employers, giving everyone enough time to get set up before the change takes place.
