The Department of Health and NHS England have published Directions providing the legal basis for the Pharmacy Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Advanced Service:
The Pharmaceutical Services (Advanced and Enhanced Services) (Amended) Directions 2016
Pharmacy contractors who have provided the influenza vaccination during the month of September must send their claim form with their end of month FP34C reimbursement and remuneration claim form.
The Drug Tariff will be amended for October 2016 to reflect the recommissioning of the Advanced Service.
