The Department of Health and Social Care and the National Assembly of Wales have re-determined that the reimbursement price for the month of November 2021 for the following items will be:
- Metformin 850mg/5ml oral solution sugar free (150ml) - £43.98 (instead of £19.95)
- Metformin 1g/5ml oral solution sugar free (150ml) - £52.00 (instead of £24.00)
Pharmacy contractors should note that this is not reflected in November 2021’s Drug Tariff.
