The Department of Health and Social Care and the National Assembly of Wales have retrospectively determined that the reimbursement prices for the following items will be:
- glyceryl trinitrate 400micrograms/dose aerosol sublingual spray (180 dose) - £3.43 (instead of £3.37) between April and June 2019
- telmisartan 80mg/hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg tablets (28 pack) - £16.79 (instead of £16.72) for June 2019.
Payment for April’s prescriptions for glyceryl trinitrate 400micrograms/dose aerosol sublingual spray will be adjusted in May 2019 Schedule of Payments (payment date 1 August 2019).
Payment for May and June’s prescriptions for glyceryl trinitrate 400micrograms/dose aerosol sublingual spray and June’s prescriptions for telmisartan 80mg/hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg tablets will not be affected.
