We will be upgrading our systems from 3pm on Friday 24 July 2026, with work expected to complete by 9am on Monday 3 August 2026. During the upgrade, our systems, including Pensions Online (POL), will be unavailable.
NHS Pensions will be able to support with general queries, but we will not be able to make changes to records or progress individual cases. If you need this type of support, please contact us by phone or email before or after the downtime.
Please ensure that June 2026 contributions are submitted by Friday 17 July 2026. Contributions received after this date may be subject to late payment charges. Please wait until after the system becomes available following the migration to submit July 2026 contributions.
You should have received a dedicated email with full instructions on how to access the new POL web address (URL) ahead of migration, along with support details. When you receive that email, test the new link straight away. The URL provided will direct you to a temporary landing page, which will be replaced by the full POL system once the migration is complete. If the link doesn't work, follow the support details in the email. Save the new URL in your bookmarks so you can easily access POL after the move.
