Lisa Stobbs
Head of Workforce Recruitment Service

Lisa has over 15 years’ experience in the delivery of workforce digital, service delivery and implementation across government and health and social care. During her 6 years with the NHSBSA, Lisa has worked in both HR Shared Services (HRSS) and Workforce Optimisation, successfully enabling organisations to optimise the use of NHS workforce systems and services through operational performance delivery and improvement along with project and programme leadership. She has successfully delivered complex and multiple concurrent projects and programmes of work, including the implementation of the new NHS Jobs service to over 7000 organisations. 


Phil Wilkins
Senior Service Delivery Manager

Phil is a business process outsourcing professional with over 20 years’ experience. He is highly skilled in leading and directing quality service delivery, identifying improvements and implementing transformative plans to raise efficiency levels and drive exemplary customer experiences. Phil leads the Business Improvement team within HRSS and has been at the forefront of our digital transformation, bringing to life new services such as the Document Management System and Digital Pre-employment Checking.

Chris Watson
Business Manager

Chris is a creative support professional with over 20 years' diverse experience within the customer service and sales outsourcing industries. He brings a commercial management perspective and extensive knowledge of process optimisation. Using proven methods and cutting-edge technology to successfully cut costs, streamline operations and increase productivity, Chris is dedicated to offering the best possible value to our customers.

Tracy Dover
Senior Service Delivery Manager

Tracy has over 25 years’ experience of people management in both the private and public sectors. During her time at the NHSBSA, she has been proud to be part of the team that worked at pace to create and deliver the HRSS that we are today.

As client account manager for several clients and Service Manager within the HRSS, Tracy is accountable for the smooth delivery of the service level agreements and key performance indicators, ensuring that the team provides the highest level of customer service across all areas.

As the Senior Service Delivery Manager within HRSS, Tracy works closely with the Operational Team and continues to deliver continuous improvements to meet the needs of our clients and customers and contribute to the frontline NHS.

Steven Gray
Senior Service Delivery Manager

Steven has 20 years of management experience in the private sector and the NHS. He joined the NHSBSA in 2012 and held several different roles in Prescription Services. As a Service Delivery Manager in that directorate, he was responsible for the Workforce Management Tower which included Workforce Planning, Administration and Management Information teams. Managing planning teams across 3 processing sites, Steven had overall responsibility for the processing of around 90 million prescription items per month, resulting in payments to 11,500 contractors of around £800 million per month. Steven was involved in the set up and growth of the NHSBSA external Scanning Services and has led on several projects including a large-scale transition of Prescription Services and more recently the onboarding of Adult Social Care Enforcement. Steven is very proud to work for the organisation and is committed to making a positive difference for our customers and delivering efficient value-for-money services.



Alex Jardine
Senior Service Delivery Manager

Alex is a Senior Service Delivery Manager with over 10 years’ experience, who specialises in leading the implementation of digital recruitment services and complex project management. Alex has a strong people focus throughout delivery, which has led to a proven track record of delivering impactful projects, solutions and benefits realisation. Alex has worked on projects within the NHSBSA, with clients and across the health and care landscape to improve our end to end services for customers.
