We recommend that your dental practice uses an operating system and web browser that are in support and that you continue to keep both up to date. This reduces the risk of security vulnerabilities.
If you are using software that is out of support, we cannot guarantee that you will continue to be able to use our services, like WebEDI, without issues.
Extended support from Microsoft for Windows 8.1 will end on 10 January 2023. Upgrading your practice to a new operating system can take time so, if you are still using Windows 8, we recommend that you start making preparations to upgrade now.
This also applies if you are still using Windows 7, as Microsoft ended support for this product in January 2020.

If you are unable to connect to WebEDI and you are still using Windows 7 or Windows 8.1, please contact your hardware/ operating system support provider as you may need to upgrade to a newer version of Windows or enable TLS1.2.
Microsoft support for Internet Explorer ended on Wednesday 15 June 2022 so Compass can no longer be accessed using this.
Compass now only supports the latest versions of Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Safari is supported on Mac OS but not Windows.
