NHS Digital is launching the new NHS Profile Manager, which will replace the current NHS profile editor and the DoS Profile Updater. We’re aiming to move to this new system in early March 2023 and will confirm the exact date nearer the time.
NHS Profile Manager is where you’ll go to update your service information, such as opening times and contact information. It’s a good idea to do this as soon as anything changes in your pharmacy, so that patients and other NHS services always have the most up to date information. You can also respond to comments left on your NHS website profile.
Moving to the new system will make it quicker and easier to update your information, remove duplication, and free up your time to deliver crucial pharmacy services to the public.
The new system will be simple, more accessible and easy to use, helping you to keep your information accurate and up to date. To get ready for this change, register for the new NHS Profile Manager with your personal NHSmail address, if you have not already.
