Non-POL 20/21 annual update training event

This event relates to non-Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and non-Pensions Online (POL) year end submissions.

Employers who use prepopulated excel spreadsheets to submit their annual update will be sent these on 15 March. The spreadsheet and completion guidance will be emailed to the main pensions contact we hold.

The Stakeholder Engagement Team will be hosting a training event via MS Teams for non-POL and non-ESR employers to provide further guidance on how to complete the spreadsheet.

Invitations for the event will be emailed out to the main EA pensions contact through Eventbrite later this month.

The session will cover:

  • NHS Pensions and employer responsibilities
  • Year end 20/21 data submission process and timeline
  • Walk through of the spreadsheet and guidance on completion
  • Furlough
  • Live Q&A session
