We’ve created a customer service team to look after all former NHS clinicians who want to return to work during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
The team was set up at very short notice within our HR Shared Services in response to a request from NHS England.
The team handles all enquiries and provides advice and guidance. The team has also:
- started triaging the existing email backlog to the 35,000 responses to the original campaign
- developed tracking processes
- evaluated the user experience and made recommendations for improvements
